CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When a session is cancelled without proper notice, it limits our ability to serve other clients and affects our small business. Notice Required: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. When cancelling within the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new deposit for rescheduling your appointment.(When cancelling or rescheduling online within the 24 hours, you’ll need to contact your provider). Late Cancellations/No Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. If a deposit was paid for the scheduled appointment, it will be automatically forfeited and you will be charged the remaining 50% of the total service cost. The remaining balance must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
